IM3 eSIM prepared through an online registration process by Sim Card Airport Bali. Choose the data allowance that fits your trip, complete the required identity and device registration, and receive your eSIM QR code by email after the operator confirms activation.
How Online eSIM Activation Works
- Choose your data plan. Select 3GB, 10GB, 13GB, 19GB, 26GB, 34GB, 53GB, 68GB, 103GB, or 152GB.
- Pay online. Online Activation orders must be paid by credit or debit card during checkout.
- Open your private registration link. A separate secure link is provided for each eSIM purchased.
- Submit the required details. Provide the eSIM user’s passport information, passport photo, citizenship, date of birth, IMEI screenshot, and Bali arrival schedule.
- Receive your QR code by email. We send the installation details after the information is verified and the operator successfully activates the eSIM.

Before You Order
- Your phone must be carrier-unlocked and support eSIM.
- Use the IMEI for the device that will use this eSIM.
- Passport and IMEI images must be clear, complete, and unedited.
- Enter an accurate arrival date and time in Bali time (WITA) so activation can be scheduled appropriately.
- Do not delete your eSIM profile after installation. Reinstallation is not always supported by the operator.
Coverage, Speed, and Activation Timing
IM3 service is available in Bali and many destinations across Indonesia. Actual 4G or 5G availability, signal quality, and speed depend on your location, device, network coverage, congestion, and operator conditions. Activation and QR delivery are not instant guarantees: timing depends on complete customer information, successful verification, stock availability, and the operator system.

No. This product uses Online Activation. Registration is completed through your private link, and the eSIM QR code is delivered by email after successful activation.
What documents are required?
You will need the eSIM user’s passport details and clear passport photo, citizenship, date of birth, and a clear screenshot showing the device IMEI. Additional information may be requested if the operator cannot verify the submission.
When will I receive the eSIM QR code?
The QR code is sent after your details pass verification and the operator confirms activation. Your Bali arrival schedule is used for operational scheduling, but incomplete or incorrect documents can delay processing.
Can I use this eSIM on a carrier-locked phone?
No. The device must be carrier-unlocked and eSIM-compatible. If you are unsure, contact us with your exact phone model before ordering.
When does the 28-day validity begin?
The package validity begins when the IM3 plan is activated, not when the order is placed. Plan timing is subject to operator confirmation.
What if my device is incompatible?
