Choose eSIM or a Physical SIM Card

Select eSIM or Physical SIM Card on the product page. An eSIM requires an unlocked phone with eSIM support. A physical SIM requires an unlocked phone that supports the selected operator’s network bands.

Pickup and Activation

Collect your order at our Bali Airport counter. Bring the passport and device used for registration. Our staff will help complete activation and test the connection. Activation time depends on correct customer details, device compatibility, and the operator’s system.

Coverage and Refunds

Signal quality and speed vary by operator, location, device, and network conditions. If a SIM is defective or fails to activate on a compatible, unlocked phone, we will verify the issue and offer a replacement or refund when eligible. Carrier-locked or incompatible phones and uncollected orders are subject to our Refund Policy.
