Customers can purchase SIM cards online and collect them upon arrival at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport or buy directly at our airport store.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
3. Product Purchase and Pickup
- Customers may purchase SIM cards and data packages via our website.
- Online purchases must be collected at our store in I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport exit gateway.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be presented for collection.
- Customers must ensure their device is compatible with the SIM card before purchasing.
4. Payment
- All payments must be made in full before order confirmation.
- We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods available on our website.
- Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
- Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
